We’re spending quite a bit of time this week reflecting on the last 10 years. Since the trust was formed we’ve worked with some amazing people, companies and organisations. Together we’ve achieved a significant impact. Take My Hands may be the small charitable trust operating as a social enterprise under which this work is known, but its the efforts, energy, commitment and openness of everyone one we work with that really does the work and is responsible for the seriously great outcomes.
